What a cookie is here
A cookie is a small piece of text this website asks your browser to keep and send back on your next visit. We use them for two things only: remembering the choice you make about cookies, and, if you allow it, counting page views.

What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies, and no third party trackers.
- No social media embeds that set cookies before you interact with them.
- No fingerprinting or cross site identifiers.
- Nothing optional runs before you have made a choice.
Fonts and other external requests
Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and browser, and it does not set a cookie. If you would rather it did not happen at all, we can serve the fonts from our own domain instead: write to us and we will make that change.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the button at the top of this page, or the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent removes any analytics cookies immediately. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, in which case the banner will ask again on your next visit.
