This notice covers what mbranch.lv collects, why, and for how long. If anything is unclear, ask and we will fix the wording.

Who is responsible
SIA FqvB, trading as mbranch, registered in Riga, Latvia, is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@mbranch.lv.
What we collect
The contact form: your name, your email address, what you write, and the time you suggest. It is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and then sits in our mailbox like any other email.
Server logs: our host records requests, including IP address and browser, to keep the site running. They are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and, once you become a client, the performance of our contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: two years, then deleted. Client correspondence and contracts: ten years, because Latvian accounting law requires it. Server logs: as short a period as our host allows, typically weeks.
Who else sees it
Web3Forms, which delivers the form to us, and our email and hosting providers, all as processors under agreements that restrict what they may do with it. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to hello@mbranch.lv and we will answer within a month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate, Datu valsts inspekcija, in Riga.
If this notice changes
When it changes in a way that matters, we say so on this page rather than quietly updating the date.
